Specifically designed with pregnancy in mind. Yoga and Pilates exercises are used to stretch, strengthen and tone your body. The guided relaxation at the end of each class gives you down time from your busy life.
Classes you don't need to arrange child care for, just bring baby with you! Stretch, tone and rebuild core muscles or learn infant massage at either Mums + Little Ones Pilates and Mummy and Baby Yoga/Massage.
If class times don't suit or you want a tailored session for just you arrange a pre or post natal private or couples session. Or grab your coffee group gals and design a session just for you and your Mum friends.
